The 5th Annual Fairways for Scott teed off on October 23, 2025, to a beautiful yet brisk morning at the lovely Independence Golf Course. The day began as our awesome volunteers, vendors, and golf course crew greeted 72 golfers for a fun-filled time with games, prizes, great golf, and as always, information about the recovery world and how we are all a part of it. The summer heat was in full force at this year’s Community Day at Fort Clifton Park in Colonial Heights on June 29, but so was the heart, energy, and determination of the incredible volunteers who make events like ours possible!
