Today was a truly fantastic day at Chesterfield Recovery Academy as we welcomed both new and returning students into the fold. The energy, smiles, and excitement reminded us why creating safe, supportive spaces for young people is so important.
We were especially honored to have Tee Scott, a super supporter and fellow advocate, join us all the way from Baltimore. Tee’s commitment to showing up for students, sharing wisdom, and modeling resilience is nothing short of inspiring. Your presence today left a lasting impression on the kids—and on us, too. Thank you, Tee, for embodying the spirit of advocacy and encouragement.
As a bonus, we also restocked Scott’s Corner with plenty of yummy snacks and donuts 🍩 so that students can grab a quick bite and feel cared for throughout the day. It’s a small but meaningful way to remind them that they’re not alone on their journey.
At 2 End The Stigma, our mission is strengthened every time we come together like this—students, advocates, and community partners united. Together, we WILL continue to end the stigma surrounding substance use disorder and mental health. 💜
